Vorbeck Materials is an engineering company with a manufacturing facility in Grand Forks, ND, that specializes in technologies for first responders, the military, and industry. From PFAS-free firefighting foams to conformal antennas, they deliver mission-critical solutions with superior performance.
Our club utilizes Vorbek's conformal antennas in our IREC avionics and payload systems. We sew the conformal antennas into our main parachute to help transmit GPS signals, telemetry data, and any other information needed during/post launch.

LabJack Corporation is a company that manufactures computer-based data acquisition (DAQ) and automation hardware. Their products are used in automation, data logging, research, and testing across various industries, often as a cost-effective alternative to PLCs.
Our club uses LabJack's data acquisition hardware in our liquid propulsion program for the liquid rocket engine test stand (LRETS). The test stand will be used for future liquid propulsion projects in both our CPLC competition and general club research and testing.
